Q: How long will my piece take to make?
A: It depends on the item you choose. On a quiet day, a stone set ring can be made within in an hour. More dynamic, individual commissions, will take longer.

Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: All packages are posted via Royal Mail special delivery, which will need to be signed for at your end. This provides the safest means of postage for both you and us. If you choose an item in stock, it will be normally be posted that day same day and delivered the following day.

Q: What is a hallmark?
A: We use a full set of London hallmarks on most of our pieces. This assures you that we are using sterling silver. The hallmarks will show the 925 symbol, telling you the quality of silver; a letter, for the year it was made; and a panther's head, to show it was hallmarked in London.

Q: What is a maker's mark?
A: Included in our hallmarks is the maker's mark. This is Alby's personal symbol reading A+S. Essentially it is Alby's signature on the piece he has created for you.

Q: What stones can I choose from?
A: We stock a very large quantity of semi-precious stones, all of which are available in different sizes and shapes. If there is a stone we don't have in stock, we can source it for you.
